Support Coordinator

Jennifer is a qualified support coordinator who has been working in the community services sector for over 15 years. Working in the aged care sector,  as a disability advocate and as a support coordinator has allowed Jennifer to build her skills and knowledge about the barriers faced by clients and the NDIS.

 Jennifer is empathic, compassionate and a strong advocate for the rights of people with a disability. She has a passion to empower and support people to grow and achieve their goals.
