Before joining AASS, Karen worked for government, local and international businesses.  Experienced in human resources, executive support and administration, she enjoys the challenge and rewards of developing and implementing strategies that will attract, engage and develop employees.  Passionate about organisational culture, Karen understands the importance of employee engagement and loves working with people so that they can not only contribute to the success of the business but also work to their own full personal potential.

Karen is proud of the caring culture at AASS.  She believes we are genuinely lucky to have such a talented, likeminded group of individuals all committed to working towards positive outcomes with our clients and their families.

Karen and her amazing hubby are proud parents of four awesome, funny humans and two mischievous puppies.  She loves hanging out with family and friends and when she has time loves cooking, gardening, creative ‘crafternoons’ and travel.
