Kelly Milroy. Assistant Principal - Special Education Lansvale East Public School
Hi Grace, Shannon and Thanh,
I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for Tuesday afternoon's NDIS Presentation.
The information that was provided was absolutely fantastic. It gave myself and the parents some direction to move forward with the NDIS funding.
Thank you Shannon for sharing your personal stories about your son. The parents really related well to this and it gave them some perspective about their own children and the process.
Please pass my appreciation on to Thanh.

Dear Shannon and your wonderful team at AASS,
Thank you so so much for having us today and giving up your valuable time to talk with us. We are now even more inspired to keep learning about and working with kids and adults with autism and other disabilities. We absolutely love the homey feel that AASS has and the devotion that you and your fellow staff members have for your work. I am sure that we will see you in the future!

I just wanted to let you know how important you and the service you provide are to people like Brody and myself. Never underestimate the value of what you and your team offer.
The NDIS process has been a "mine field" of not knowing what to do - or who to go to, and your assistance and your gracious generosity have made that so much easier.
I thank you also for your unhurried approach with your time.
The whole experience with you on this journey has been an extremely pleasant one.
I wish for you health and happiness and that every good thing would come your way.
Many Thanks & Deep Respect
