With a strong background as a National Program Manager and Operations Manager, he has successfully led large-scale projects, developed high-performing teams, and driven impactful outcomes for individuals and communities.

Dave has extensive expertise in supporting people from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers to employment, including young people with disabilities and Australian Defence Force veterans. His work in Job Active and related initiatives has consistently focused on delivering sustainable employment pathways, tailored support, and meaningful training opportunities.

As a manager of teams of up to 25 staff, Dave has demonstrated a proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire, ensuring professional growth and service excellence. He is skilled in staff development, having designed and implemented training programs to strengthen capability and improve service delivery outcomes.
