Heckenberg Public Preschool will provide a safe and inclusive learning environment where children can grow, explore and learn through play. The program is designed to recognise and respond to each child’s individual strengths, interests and developmental needs while supporting strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
The preschool program will include high-quality play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), as well as a comprehensive school readiness program to support children as they transition into their school years.
Heckenberg Public Preschool is expected to open in early Term 4 – pending planning and regulatory approvals.
