She specialises in working with individuals with diverse and complex needs, using a person-centred and strengths-based approach to connect them with the right supports and services. Shekiba’s focus is on building each participant’s capacity, promoting independence, and ensuring they have choice and control over their lives. She brings strong knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for collaboration and achieving meaningful outcomes.
