Alysa is a passionate AHPRA registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals facing complex mental health challenges. She specialises in comprehensive psychological assessments and the development of individualised treatment plans, using a client-centred, strengths-based approach to address each person’s unique needs. Proficient in a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy, Alysa is committed to providing evidence-based care that empowers clients to achieve meaningful change.
Alysa has a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices. She works collaboratively with individuals presenting with a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, as well as various anxiety and mood disorders. Alysa tailors her approach to meet the diverse needs of each individual, ensuring that treatment is both effective and respectful of their unique experiences and challenges.
