Fairfield City Council are seeking feedback from People with a Disability, Carers and Support Workers on the Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2022
This survey is aimed at community members, including people with disability and unpaid and paid carers. It aims to gather information about what is working well now and what needs to be improved to make Fairfield City more inclusive and accessible.
