Hamdia has over fourteen years of experience working as a HR professional within the not-for-profit, commercial and government sectors. Hamdia has worked with organisations to establish their HR function from the ground up, formulate HR strategic and functional strategy, develop and implement systems, develop HR policies and procedures, and implement employee engagement initiatives. Since the introduction of the NDIS Hamdia has worked with not-for-profit organisations to implement organisational culture and change management initiatives at both the operational and strategic levels.  She enjoys working with leaders and staff to provide coaching and advice in relation to employment relations matters, performance management, workforce planning and employee engagement.

 

Hamdia is passionate about working with local organisations that give back to their community and have values that align with her own personal and business ethos.
