The Autism Advisory & Support Service Westfield Community Champion Award honours individuals who provide exceptional support and advocacy within the community.
Winners will receive:

🔎 Selection Process
All nominations will be carefully reviewed by the Autism Advisory & Support Service. A dedicated committee will assess each submission and select the recipients who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to the Autism community.

Submitting a nomination is easy! Simply complete the Nomination Form HERE, and it will be forwarded to the selection committee for review.
