Advocacy. It’s more important than you think.

PWDA or People with Disability Australia are Australia’s peak rights and advocacy organisation for people with disability. Since 1981, they have been advancing and protecting the rights, health and wellbeing of the people and communities we serve.

Their dedicated team of trained advocates are committed to supporting people with disability to get the advice and support they need.

The Disability Advocacy Futures Program

Do you have a problem with a NSW government funded agency? For example: police, education, housing, mental health, child protection, public transport, guardianship and or financial management?

The PWDA – Disability Advocacy Futures Program can help with;

  • Providing about your rights and where you can get help
  • Working with you to help you solve your problem
  • Connecting you to other services that can help
