Our friends at Koorana Child and Family Services are opening a brand-new preschool in Bass Hill, and they’re inviting families, professionals and community members to come and take a look.
Koorana is a purpose-driven, community-based non-profit organisation that’s been supporting children and families since 1976. They offer a wide range of services across Sydney, including early childhood education, early intervention, allied health, and family support programs. Their team of specialist educators and allied health professionals work in partnership with families to help children of all abilities thrive in safe, inclusive environments.
The new Koorana Bass Hill Preschool is a purpose-built space designed to support children in their early learning journey.
With daily fees as low as $5 or $10, it’s an affordable option for families looking for quality preschool education in a welcoming environment.
To celebrate the launch, Koorana is hosting an Open Day on Saturday, 25 October 2025, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at 59 Orchard Rd, Bass Hill NSW.
Visitors will be able to:
- Tour the new facilities
- Meet the team
- Enjoy face painting and children’s activities
- Grab some gelato and refreshments
- Attend team talks held every 45 minutes
If you can’t make it to the Open Day, there are also guided tours available on:
- Wednesday, 15 October from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
- Thursday, 23 October from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Additional tour dates will be available in November and December, as listed on the flyer.
While Autism Advisory and Support Service isn’t organising this event, we’re happy to help spread the word on behalf of Koorana.
