That’s where the AASS Parent and Carers Support Group & the Arabic Support Group comes in, providing a safe haven for caregivers to come together, share experiences, and find solidarity in their journey.
Led by a compassionate mother of a child with Autism, these support groups offer a welcoming and inclusive environment for all caregivers. Whether you’re a parent, family member, or friend, everyone is encouraged to join and participate. The group sessions are carefully facilitated to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to speak and be heard, fostering a sense of community and understanding.
One of the key benefits of these support groups is how Caregivers can freely express their thoughts, concerns, and challenges without fear of criticism or stigma. This safe space allows for honest and open discussions, where participants can gain insights, advice, and encouragement from others who are walking a similar path.
