Are you a man living with a disability, or supporting a loved one with one? You’re not alone – and there’s a space just for you.

We’re proud to share an initiative by Pathways to Work “Working Bee”, a new social group designed specifically for men and their families impacted by disability. Whether you’re looking to make new friends, share your experiences, or simply enjoy a relaxed space with others who understand your journey, this group is for you.

This event is completely free and open to any man who feels this space might be helpful – whether you’re a carer, a dad, a brother, or living with disability yourself.

Pathways to Work ‘Working Bee‘ is a community-driven organisation based in Smithfield, NSW, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through inclusive employment and creative opportunities. Founded by Gennia Nguyen, the initiative aims to increase the employability of persons living with disabilities (PWDs) by offering a range of services and programs tailored to their interests and skills.
