Autism Advisory & Support Service are sharing the following call for feedback on behalf of the South Western Sydney Local Health District.
South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) is creating a strategy ‘South West Kids’. The vision is to build a healthier future by providing life-changing care for children and their families. It outlines health services for infants, children, and young people from birth until the transition to adulthood.
SWSLHD are seeking feedback from those living in South Western Sydney who are:
- Parents and/or carers of children 16 years or younger
- Expecting a child in the next 12 months
- Children and young people 16 years or under who can take part in a chat about the plan.
There are two ways to be involved:
